Duties of the Shipping and Customer Service Representative include:
assisting in shipping out orders, handling customer service through email and phone conversation, invoicing customers for our products, creating and printing shipping labels, boxing and packing products accurately and efficiently, and cleaning products in preparation for shipping with quality in mind.
This position will require someone who is self-motivated with an eye for detail to help maintain accuracy and the quality of our products/orders.
This job requires that you have the following:
Customer service skills through email and phone.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to create and send invoices to customers.
Experience with spreadsheet software such as Excel/Sheets Ability to prepare, box and ship products using shipping software.
Is very detail oriented and able to ensure a level of quality control for shipped orders Ability to lift heavy packages up to 60lbs.
Able to work in a potentially loud workshop environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and contribute ideas to our team.
Ability to work in a team centered work environment Willingness to grow with the business.
